How warranty coverage works here

Nogal Beat USA is an independent retailer. We sell furniture and lighting made by other companies — currently ZUO and Humanscale. We do not manufacture these products, so the warranty that covers your purchase is the manufacturer's warranty for that specific product.

Warranty terms differ by manufacturer and by product line. Before you buy, you can ask us for the warranty that applies to a specific item and we will confirm it in writing.

What is covered

A manufacturer's warranty generally covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, as defined by that manufacturer.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, including fading of fabrics and finishes over time.
  • Damage from misuse, accident, alteration, or use beyond the product's stated capacity.
  • Damage from improper assembly, cleaning products, or outdoor use of an indoor product.
  • Variation in wood grain, marble veining, leather and fabric — these are natural characteristics, not defects.
  • Products bought from anyone other than Nogal Beat USA.

Damage in transit is handled separately

If your order arrives damaged, that is not a warranty claim. Report it under our Refund Policy, which sets out the timeframe for reporting transit damage. Keep the original packaging and photograph the damage before unpacking further.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email info@nogalbeatusa.com with your order number, the product name or SKU, and photographs showing the problem.
  2. We confirm receipt within one business day and tell you the warranty terms that apply to that product.
  3. We submit the claim to the manufacturer on your behalf and keep you updated on their decision.
  4. If the claim is approved, the manufacturer determines the remedy — repair, replacement part, replacement product, or refund — according to their warranty terms.
  5. When the remedy is a refund, we issue it within 7 calendar days of the claim being approved, to your original payment method.

Keep your order confirmation. It is the proof of purchase required for any claim.

Your rights under the law

This warranty information does not limit any right you have under applicable United States federal or state consumer protection law, including any implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed.
