MASTER FAN WARRANTIES:

Decorative fan line including the PETIT, DUBAI, CONDESA, AUSTRA, METRO, OPORTO, VECTOR, ESPARTA, LUXOR, JANEIRO, HABANA, ALTEA, BILBAO, VENTURY models come with a 2-year warranty.

Industrial fan line including the CENTAURO, TYPHON, PROMETHEUS, HERCULES models come with a 2-year warranty.

Decorative and industrial extractor line including CITI, VISTA, TURBO, INTER, SENSOR, ECOSLIM, TURBO GLASS, MYLOS, QUARTZ, PLATINUM, DECO LED, ORION, CEILING LIGHT, GEMINI, TRITON models come with a 2-year warranty.

All remote controls (wall and distance) for the aforementioned fans and extractors come with a 3-month warranty.

OFFIHO / COLOS WARRANTY:

-All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 1 year.

-We also offer spare parts for our discontinued products for a period of 1 year.

-In fabrics and vinyl, shades may vary up to 30% from one roll to another.

-For every claim, the invoice and images of the damage must be provided.

-The warranty does not include: fabrics, vinyl, leather, or foam rubber.

-Minor claims in finishes, textures, colors that do not affect the functionality of the product, will not be accepted.

-The warranty does not cover products for wear from normal use, nor does it cover parts that have been deteriorated due to negligence, inappropriate use of the product, installation, and/or improper assembly.

-The warranty does not cover any damage caused during transit (broken, opened, or damaged box); if this were to occur, it must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery and/or when receiving it. This should be noted in the receipt document of the freight company that delivers to the corresponding distributor.

-Cleaning should not be done with chemicals, bleaches, solvents, etc. They should be cleaned with a damp cloth and only use water.

-In case of replacement of parts, they will be provided by LAB GUADALAJARA at our facilities, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CASES OR MAY BE INVALIDATED:

-Damages caused by friction, impacts, and deformation due to improper stacking or dragging from one place to another without the original packaging.

-Due to lack of periodic maintenance (every 3 months) by the user (such as tightening screws, not using it when missing parts, general cleaning).

-Damages caused when unpacking the product (cuts, cutter marks, stains from handling the piece with dirty hands).

-Parts or materials that suffer normal wear and tear from use (discoloration, wear, tension, shine, and comfort).

-Chair modified or inverted by personnel not belonging to our company.

-Slight variation in the shade of color of the plastics from one batch to another.

-Parts exposed outdoors without being specified for that use.

-Tone variation due to sun exposure for more than 1 year in outdoor products.

-Scratches, nicks, or stains that are not visible at a distance of 80 cm.

GENERAL TERMS:

The warranty and validation process is through

It is necessary to provide simple evidence in photo, video, or whichever is necessary to demonstrate that a component has failed, is damaged, defective, etc.

Each brand we represent on our website or market places has its own warranty and return conditions.

At Nogal Beat USA, we transfer the warranties to our suppliers according to their specified conditions. We will be a facilitator channel to achieve the conditions and communication for warranties, returns, and/or clarifications.

Once the warranty is authorized, the replacement of the required parts for the correct functioning of the equipment will be sent.

Under no circumstances does the warranty cover damage due to electrical discharges and/or voltage variation.

Under no circumstances does the warranty cover the natural wear of its parts due to the use of the equipment or accessories.

OTHER CAUSES FOR INVALIDATING A WARRANTY:

If the warranty protection period has expired.
If there is no documentation to support your purchase and the date of the same.
If operated differently than indicated in the user manual.
If there are no documents to support an installation by a professional electrician.
If the equipment is opened, repaired, or serviced without our authorization.
All other equipment not mentioned here comes with a 1-year warranty. Or the one indicated in case of specifying some term in the purchase invoice.

JURISDICTION.

For everything related to the execution and fulfillment of the clauses of this document, the parties that enter into it expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the City of Guadalajara, Jalisco; and to the provisions of this contract and the applicable laws for the State of Jalisco, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles, or for any other reason.

TITLES OF THE CLAUSES.

It is stated that the titles of the clauses cited in this document are solely for the purpose of facilitating their identification and reading, and are not to be understood as substantive provisions that vary or can be interpreted as a substantial part of this contract, so they should not be interpreted to expand, diminish, or affect in any way the scope of the content of the clauses of this document.
