"You" or "Customer" or "consumer" is a natural or legal person who purchases or uses the Products or acquires Products for their own use or that of their family or social or business group, and is in all their faculties to use the page, is authorized to place orders, purchases and payments.

"Order Request" the one or more documents generated through Market Places, our website or sites where our products sold by this company are offered.
"Order Confirmation" document by which NOGAL BEAT USA accepts an Order Request, this is manifested only with the final invoice that includes the company's RFC. And is backed by a prior payment of said invoice.
"Price" price indicated in the Order Confirmation.
"Product" good or service described in Order Confirmation, which may include Third Party Products and Service Offers.
"Third Party Products" products described in Order Confirmation that are not manufactured by NOGAL BEAT USA or NOGAL BEAT USA brand, and another brand or manufacturer is specified.
Scope of implementation:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any and all sales of Products and or services made by NOGAL BEAT USA within the Republic of Mexico, whether Products are promoted or included in any of their forms, in our brochures, promotions, price lists, advertisements, estimates, Internet or verbally. Any other terms or conditions that could replace these are excluded. Placing an order implies your express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Order Request:
Order Requests will be accepted through Market Places, our website, in writing, email, telephone or fax and will only be binding once the company issues an invoice with official RFC, through any of the means of communication described above. This confirmation is understood as ORDER CONFIRMATION.
You must verify the Order Request and/or Order Confirmation and notify us immediately, in writing, of any errors. Otherwise, the description of the Product will become part of this document and will be binding for the parties once the Order Confirmation is made by the company.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
In the event that a product, budget, purchase is to be canceled by the customer, including the following cases:
After placing the order / payment.
After receiving the product.
All our sales are final and are considered made to measure and under special order for each of our customers, there is a 40% penalty policy on the total value of the merchandise, in addition to covering the original and additional shipping costs to receive the merchandise at our home.
The merchandise must be packed in its original condition and will be received for inspection to ensure that it is in perfect condition, any damage by the courier will be grounds for rejecting the product and must be collected by the customer again at our facilities.
Once 30 calendar days have passed after receipt, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
Cancellations of Order Request or Order Confirmation. BY THE COMPANY
If your Order Request or Order Confirmation is canceled:
In case of cancellation, the company is not obligated to provide a similar item or service to the one canceled.
In case of cancellation, the company is not obligated to provide the order placed in the future that is being canceled.
Order Requests or Order Confirmations may be canceled by the company for any of the following reasons:
If the product is out of stock.
If the product is no longer offered by the company or has been withdrawn from its offer.
If the product is discontinued.
In case of typographical errors, or punctuation errors in prices derived from the incorrect use of commas and periods, and these can be observed or manifested by Kingstrong Nogal Beat SA de CV even after the Order Request, Confirmation of Order, Purchase Order, Budget, or Invoice has been made.
In case of an error in the offer.
If the company determines that it does not have sufficient inventory to fulfill an order.
If the order or estimate made through this medium is not paid within the first 24 hours of being generated.
If the payment is not notified in writing within the first 24 hours of the order being generated.
The customer may cancel their purchase without penalty for those orders that have not yet been invoiced.
Other Provisions:
Our website and market places are not linked to our warehouses or inventories, so it may be a reason for cancellation if the product cannot be fulfilled.
In no case do our prices include installation, accessories, or any item not mentioned in the description.
All our equipment must be installed by a qualified professional with official licenses for their electrical or similar knowledge.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, you accept that you have received an operating or installation manual, otherwise you must notify us at the time of receipt so that we can send you one.
We are not responsible for damage caused to third parties, whether to their persons, movable or immovable property caused by the equipment, utensils or installations necessary for the equipment purchased from us.
If the delivery guide coincides with the number of boxes sent and there are still missing merchandise. You must notify the customer service team within the first 24 business hours, reporting exactly the missing item and including photographs as evidence of what you have received. After 24 hours, it is not possible to file a claim in case there is any shortage in your order.
If you receive damaged merchandise, you must contact customer service to make your warranty or return valid.
Once the merchandise is received and signed, you are accepting that the purchase has been received in good condition, complete and under your approval. Any complaint must be made with the shipping company after said signature.
