RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER



In the event that a product, quote, purchase wishes to be canceled by the client, including the following cases:

After you have placed the order/payment.
After you have received the product.
All our sales are final and are considered custom made and under special order for each of our clients, there is a penalty policy of 40% of the total value of the merchandise, in addition to covering the original and additional shipping costs to receive the merchandise at our home.

The merchandise must be packaged in its original state and will be received upon inspection to ensure that it is in perfect condition. Any damage caused by the packaging will cause the product to be rejected and must be picked up by the customer again at our facilities.

Once 30 calendar days have passed after receipt, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
